This fall, Vencora had key presence at two major global insurtech events.
In October, the Vencora team made a strong impact at ITC Vegas 2024, along with representatives from companies within Vencora’s insurance portfolio, including Insuresoft, Silvervine, Covenir, and PayCloud. As one of the insurance industry's premier events, ITC Vegas brought together over 10,000 attendees from 60+ countries, offering opportunities for collaboration, networking, and insights into the future of insurance technology.
In December, Vencora team members also attended Insurtech Insights Asia in Hong Kong, which brought thousands of attendees to explore innovation in the insurance industry across the Asia-Pacific region.
Highlighting Industry Trends
This year’s conferences spotlighted several transformative trends within the insurance and Insurtech industries:
AI Technologies and Automation
Both events continued to emphasize how artificial intelligence is reshaping underwriting, claims, and customer engagement across the globe. Key discussions were also held on the increased focus in harnessing the power of AI to automate business processing across the broker-led portion of the insurance value chain.
“The application of AI technologies within the insurance sector remains a primary focus for both technology providers and insurers,” said Linde Wolf, Director of Operations at Insuresoft. “The shift from conceptualization to practical implementation has emerged as a critical differentiator among tech firms, offering significant insights into the transformative potential of AI for the industry in the years ahead.”
Partnerships and Ecosystems
One of the central themes at ITC Vegas was the transformative power of technology partnerships in driving innovation within the insurance sector. As insurers navigate a rapidly evolving landscape, many are turning to insurtech companies to help modernize their operations and enhance customer interactions. The collaboration among Vencora’s subsidiaries, including Insuresoft, Covenir and Silvervine, and the combined benefits they provide their customers, served as a compelling example of how partnerships can create a robust ecosystem for insurance carriers.
“Vencora’s decentralized model allows us to offer a range of tailored solutions to clients, instead of forcing integration across different platforms. Additionally, third-party partners had the opportunity to explore broader collaboration with multiple business units, further amplifying our growing presence and impact,” explained Ezaan Ulhaq, from Vencora’s M&A Business Development team.
Embedded Insurance
The rise of embedded insurance was also a hot topic at this year’s events, highlighting the importance of seamlessly integrating insurance products into non-insurance ecosystems. As customers desire greater convenience, embedding insurance into seamless customer journeys has continued to emerge as a growing trend.
Showcasing Our Businesses on the ITC Vegas Floor
Vencora, along with Insuresoft and Silvervine, showcased our growing portfolio and impactful solutions at our exhibit hall booth at this year’s ITC Vegas.
The booth served as a hub of activity, providing a space to meet with customers, partners, and prospects eager to learn how Vencora’s offerings can help them optimize operations and enhance customer experiences. These face-to-face connections were invaluable, fostering deeper relationships and opening doors to exciting new opportunities.
Vencora Cocktail Party
Amid the excitement of ITC Vegas, Vencora also hosted an exclusive networking event, providing the opportunity for prospects and customers to meet leaders from Vencora, as well as Insuresoft, Silvervine, Covenir and PayCloud. The event was a celebration of collaboration, offering attendees the chance to engage directly with our leadership team and learn more about our vision for the portfolio and the insurance industry at large.
“Bringing our businesses together was a great way to show off the full range of what we can do. It highlighted how connected our solutions are and how we’re able to tackle different challenges with a big picture ecosystem approach,” said Sam Ghazi, Business Development Manager at Vencora. “It also made a strong impression on customers and prospects, alike. Seeing everything in one place really reinforced that we’re an active acquirer here to grow.”
Looking Ahead
This year’s trade shows reaffirmed the pivotal role of technology in reshaping the insurance industry globally. Vencora and its subsidiaries are proud to be at the forefront of this transformation, offering solutions that empower insurers to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Keep a look out for Vencora’s team, as we plan to attend a number of Insurtech conferences globally in 2025, with Insurtech Insights Europe in March coming very soon.
